A new ownership group is being sought to resume operations of Scenic Rush. All gift vouchers and deposits will be honoured. All voucher expiry dates after 2020 will be extended for 2 years beyond the reopening date. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize to everyone affected by the sudden closure of Scenic Rush by the Zerosa Group in July 2024.

OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY

Scenic Rush Driving Experiences Inc. is currently seeking a new ownership group or individual to resume operations of Scenic Rush.

The sale price for the Scenic Rush brand and brand assets is ONE DOLLAR.

A non-negotiable condition of the sale is that the new owner MUST honour all existing gift vouchers and credits. (see below for more details)

If multiple offers are received, preference will be given to offers that include a minority ownership stake and/or a management position to the founder of Scenic Rush; Thom Boecker.

However, the latter is not as important as making sure that all past customer’s vouchers and deposits are honoured.

REQUIREMENTS

Prospective owners will be required to demonstrate the willingness and ability to:

  • Honour all existing gift vouchers and credits.

  • Invest a minimum of $1.2 million in vehicle acquisitions.

  • Invest up to $50,000 in relaunch expenses (marketing, staffing, location, etc).

  • Run the business without needing to withdraw funds to support their other businesses, projects, investments, ventures and/or personal expenses.

  • Operate the business on the basic principals of good ethics and honesty.

  • Give back to the community by continuing the Community Partnership and Giving Programs.

Note: Vouchers that expired after 2020 must be honoured at full value for a minimum of 2 years beyond the reopening date. In accordance and consistency with past Scenic Rush policies, vouchers that expired before 2020 must be honoured at the original price paid, redeemable towards the current price of an experience (ie. customer pays the difference between the current retail price and the value of the voucher at the time of purchase).
